1. General Returns Policy
Nori Golf is committed to providing quality products and adheres to all obligations under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return (for refund or exchange), the item must meet the following strict criteria:

The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

The product must be returned in its original packaging (including any swing tags, labels, and protective wrapping).

You must provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or order confirmation).
3. Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for change of mind, provided the item meets all the eligibility criteria listed in Section 2 (i.e., returned in its original form).
4. Returns Due to Fault or Damage
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the description, you must notify us immediately.

Proof Required: You must provide clear proof of the damage or fault (e.g., clear photographic evidence) to us via email within 7 days of receiving the item.

Once assessed and approved, we will advise on the next steps, which may include a full refund or replacement.
5. Exchanges (Incorrect Size)
If you need to exchange an item due to an incorrect size:

You must initiate the return and send the original item back to us, ensuring it meets all eligibility criteria (Section 2).

Once your original order is returned and received, we will quality assess the item.

Upon approval, we will ship the correctly sized item to you.
6. Return Shipping Costs

For Change of Mind or Incorrect Size Exchanges, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

For returns due to a proven Fault or Damage, Nori Golf will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
7. Refund Processing

Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and successfully assessed by our team for compliance with the above conditions (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging).

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.

Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed and funds to appear in your account.
8. Non-Refundable Items

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is damaged, used, or otherwise not in its original condition upon receipt.
