Nori Golf Refund Policy

1. General Policy:

At Nori Golf, we aim to provide high-quality services and products. Please carefully review our specific refund guidelines below.

2. Simulator Bookings, Memberships, Club Fittings, Merchandise (excluding apparel sizing issues), Gift Cards, Subscription Plans, and Event Tickets:

Please note that Nori Golf does not offer refunds for simulator bookings, memberships, club fittings, merchandise (except for apparel sizing issues as outlined below), gift cards, subscription plans, or event tickets.

3. Coaching Sessions:

Customer Cancellation: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund.
Nori Golf Cancellation (Coach Absence): In the event of coach absence, a full refund will be provided if requested. However, we prefer and recommend rescheduling the session to another date.
No Refunds for Dissatisfaction: Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with coaching services.

4. Merchandise Returns:

Returns for merchandise (specifically apparel where the size does not fit) are accepted provided the items are in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of invoice.

5. Facility or Equipment Unavailability:

In the event that our facility or equipment is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered a full refund if requested, or the option to reschedule their booking to another date.

6. Refund Process:

Refunds, when applicable (for coach absence or eligible merchandise returns), will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.

7. Non-Refundable Items and Services:

The following items and services are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated above:

Simulator bookings

Memberships

Club fittings

Merchandise (excluding apparel sizing issues meeting return criteria)

Gift cards

Subscription plans

Event tickets

Any services or products not specifically mentioned in the refundable sections above.
