Nori Golf Facility Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Nori Golf. By booking a session, entering our facility, or purchasing a membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Rules of Facility
Cleanliness: Only clean golf balls and clean clubfaces are permitted. Dirt or marker pen on balls will damage the impact screens. Customers using dirty equipment will be held liable for screen replacement costs.
Footwear: Clean, non-marking indoor shoes or soft-spike golf shoes must be worn. No metal spikes.
Check-in: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled start time.
Capacity: Maximum of 6 people per bay unless otherwise authorized by management.
Bay Assignment: Nori Golf reserves the right to reassign specific bays at our discretion to accommodate coaching sessions, maintenance, or facility flow.

2. Etiquette
Safety Zone: Only the person swinging is permitted on the hitting mat. All other guests must remain behind the designated safety line.
Noise: Please be mindful of other golfers and coaches. Unruly behavior may result in removal without a refund.
Time Management: Your session ends exactly at the scheduled time. Please begin packing up 5 minutes prior to your finish time.

3. Damages
Equipment Care: Customers are responsible for the proper use of Trackman and GC Quad units.
Financial Liability: Any damage to simulators, hitting mats, screens, or facility property caused by negligence, horseplay, or failure to follow rules will be the financial responsibility of the customer.
Reporting: Existing damage must be reported to staff before you begin your session.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Strict No-Refund Policy: Nori Golf does not issue cash or credit card refunds for any services, including casual sessions, memberships, or packages.
Cancellations with Notice: Casual services cancelled with at least 2 hours’ notice will be issued a store credit to be used for a future booking at Nori Golf.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 2 hours' notice, or failure to arrive for a booking, will result in the total forfeiture of the booking fee. No credit will be issued.

5. Membership Terms
Commitment: All memberships are subject to a minimum term of three (3) months.
Payment: Fees are deducted Weekly via automated billing.
Cancellation: After the 3-month term, 14 days' written notice is required to cancel.
Non-Transferable: Memberships are for individual use only and cannot be shared.

6. Legal Liability & Waiver
Assumption of Risk: Golf involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks of personal injury, including those caused by ricocheting balls.
Release: Nori Golf is not liable for any injuries, lost wages, or medical expenses incurred on the premises.
Supervision: Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

7. Lost & Found Items
Collection: Found items are kept at reception for a minimum of one (1) month, after which they may be donated or discarded. Nori Golf is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
8. Alcohol & Food
BYO: Nori Golf allows BYO Alcohol. However, we are a family-friendly environment. Any person deemed intoxicated will be refused entry or asked to leave immediately without credit.

9. Coaching Services
Authorized Coaching: Only Nori Golf authorized PGA, ASIAGA, or other Teaching Professional coaches are permitted to give instruction on-site.

10. Marketing, CCTV & Data Privacy
Security: We utilize CCTV for the safety of our guests and the security of our equipment.
Media: We may occasionally take photos/videos for social media. Please notify staff if you wish to opt-out.
Data Privacy: By booking with Nori Golf, you consent to receiving operational emails/SMS regarding your booking and occasional marketing updates. We respect your privacy and will never sell your data to third parties. You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time.

11. Right to Refuse Service
Nori Golf reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a session immediately if these Terms & Conditions are violated, without credit or refund.
