Policy: Custom Built Iron Sets Return & Refund Policy
1. Custom Order Acknowledgment
All Iron Sets ordered through Nori Golf are considered Custom Built Orders as they are specifically fitted, manufactured, and assembled to the client's unique specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these products, our refund policy is strictly enforced.
2. Change of Mind / Order Cancellation

A Change of Mind cancellation is only accepted within twenty-four (24) hours from the time the order was placed and confirmed by Nori Golf.

The client must notify Nori Golf in writing within this 24-hour window to be eligible for an order cancellation and refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations placed after the initial 24-hour period. Once the custom build process has commenced (i.e., after 24 hours), the order cannot be reversed.

Once the Iron Set has been built, no refund can be issued.
3. Returns Due to Faulty or Damaged Products
Returns are accepted only if the Iron Set is proven to be faulty or damaged upon arrival, or does not meet the implied guarantees under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

The client must provide valid proof (e.g., clear photographic evidence) of the fault or damage to Nori Golf immediately upon receipt.

The client must return the complete Iron Set to Nori Golf for assessment.
4. Assessment and Refund Method
Upon receiving the returned Iron Set, Nori Golf will conduct a thorough quality assessment to verify the reported fault or damage.

If the fault is confirmed, Nori Golf will issue a refund credit equivalent to the purchase price, to be used exclusively on Nori Golf store products and services.

Cash refunds are not issued for custom Iron Sets. Nori Golf reserves the right to attempt a repair or replacement before issuing credit, as required under ACL.
5. Non-Refundable Items

Custom Iron Sets that have been used, damaged by the client, or are returned due to reasons other than manufacturing fault (e.g., preference change, perceived underperformance, or failure to return within the policy terms) are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
