1. General Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read our policy carefully to ensure your item is eligible.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

We do not issue refunds for products that have been used, are damaged, or are not in their original condition and packaging.
3. The Return Process

Please note that the buyer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Inspection and Refund
Once we receive your returned item, we will conduct a quality inspection. If the item is in new, undamaged, and satisfactory condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
